1. Overview
At CyberMart.pk, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a transparent marketplace. All sellers are required to comply with this Seller Return Policy, which outlines return procedures, responsibilities, and conditions to ensure a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers.
2. Return Window
- Buyers may make a return request within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted unless the product is covered under a valid warranty.
3. Seller Obligations
a. Mandatory Acceptance
- The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.
- The wrong or incomplete item was delivered.
- The product is significantly different from the description or image shown on the listing.
b. Condition for Approval
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
c. Inspection & Resolution
- Sellers must inspect the returned item within 2 working days of receipt.
- Upon approval, the seller must process a refund or replacement within 5 working days.
- All refunds must be processed through CyberMart.pk's official payment system.
4. Shipping & Cost Responsibilities
If a return is requested due to a defective or damaged item, the seller will bear the return shipping cost, and the refund will include both the item price and the original shipping charges. In cases where a wrong or incomplete item is received, the seller is again responsible for the return shipping cost, and the refund will include the item and original shipping amount. For non-returnable items, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. CyberMart.pk or its logistics partner will arrange a return pickup. If the return is rejected (e.g., due to misuse, tampering, or missing parts), the seller must ship the item back to the buyer within 5 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Categories
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Hygiene and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, undergarments)
- Software, digital subscriptions, or downloadable content
- Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product listing
6. Failure to Comply
- If a seller does not respond to a return request within 48 hours, CyberMart.pk may auto-approve the return on behalf of the seller.
- Repeated non-compliance may result in account suspension, penalties, or withholding of payments.
7. Refund Handling & Deductions
- Approved refunds will be automatically deducted from the seller’s wallet or upcoming payout.
- Sellers may dispute a refund decision by submitting relevant evidence within 3 days of notification.
8. Good Seller Practices
- Upload clear and accurate product photos and detailed descriptions.
- Avoid listing counterfeit, defective, or damaged products.
- Use secure and protective packaging to reduce damage in transit.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics such as return rates and dispute ratios to maintain good standing.
